Caroline Leushuis 于2010年1月被安卓任命为价格控制部经理。

She is responsible for managing the International Control Team. Her role focuses onoperational, commercial and financial reporting and analysis. This includes facilitating the budgeting process and forecasting cycles, as well as managing projects.These have included Strategy Pricing and Roadmap to Success, which involved the improved alignment of Atradius Collections reporting to Atradius Credit Insurance.

Prior to this Caroline was Commercial Manager White Label at Atradius Collections. Caroline joined Atradius in 1996. Her previous positions included roles at IncassobureauOmmen and Deurwaarderskantoor SmitOmmen.

Executive Manager Commercial Banking & Insurance

Hans van Schaik was appointed Executive Manager Commercial Banking & Insurance in June 2015.

He is responsible for developing the business within the Financial Industry sector, especially focusing on the order-to-cash cycle and the Atradius Collections’ products: Invoice Checking, First Party Collections and Standby Services. His role also involves developing and promoting the relationship Atradius Collections has with Atradius Credit Insurance on a global basis.

Prior to Atradius Collections, Hans held the position of Managing Director of BNP Paribas Factor and Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Commercial Finance Holding in the Netherlands (where he took General Management responsibility for the European Region).

Rudi de Greve于2008年6月任职安卓行政营运经理。

Managing Director

Raymond van der Loos was appointed Managing Director of Atradius Collections Worldwide in October 2006.

He is responsible for growing the business’s top line and for increasing the overall efficiency of the Global Business Unit in order to improve its profit contribution to the Atradius Group. His role also includes expanding the international integrated Collections services and solutions for Atradius Collections.

Prior to joining Atradius, Raymond worked for GE where he gained experience in various international positions in the financial services branch of GE Group. His background is in developing, integrating and optimising cross border receivable management operations in order to enhance cash management and organisational efficiency performances.

Sr. Manager Finance & Control

Rui Marques da Silva was appointed Finance Director of Atradius Collections Worldwide in 2015.

As the Global Head of Finance for Atradius Collections, Rui has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and advises on the clearest path of growth for the business. His strong leadership skills are used to co-ordinate the international team, focusing on process improvement and change management.

Prior to joining Atradius Collections, Rui worked for Hilti in Portugal and Belgium. Rui joined Atradius Collections in 2011 as the Regional Finance Manager in charge of South European countries. From there he progressed and took over the responsibility for the Belgium entity.
