Within this dynamic, results driven and international environment we are looking for a Collector to join our business based in our Cardiff office for a temporary period of up to 6 months with responsibility for the recovery of monies owed to clients in respect of credit insured transactions, bonds and of uninsured debts placed for collection.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join us in this hands on and international environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Working as part of the UK & Ireland debt collection team, responsible for Recoveries (insured clients) & Collections (uninsured clients).

Key activities

  • Direct chasing of debtors via telephone as well as liaison with 3rd party debt collectors, legal representatives and/or administrators/receivers in order to successfully collect monies owed to clients in respect of credit insured transactions, bonds and of uninsured debts placed for collections.
  • Responsible for the improvement of collection processes and results; reduce time to collection; decrease operating expense and/or Schedules reminder calls or escalates process; including a final notification that outlines next step if payment is not received.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of debts, implementing the agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results.
  • Owning and maintaining the day to day relationship with client, debtors and 3rd parties including negotiation over recommended action
  • Assess the cost effectiveness of taking legal action and prepare suitable cases for transfer to the in house legal team or external parties

 Job requirements

  • Some experience in debt collection, preferably within the business to business environment is desirable
  • Good communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to prioritise daily caseload and schedule tasks for completion as appropriate
  • Sound judgment and ability to assess cost effectiveness of actions
  • Ability to assess the situation and identify key factors
  • Drive, ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and achieve deadlines.

Vi söker nu en student till vår Inkasso avdelning. Tjänsten är en deltidstjänst och arbetstider kommer vi överens om. Vi ser dock gärna att du har möjlighet att arbeta ca 15-20 timmar i veckan.  Vilka tider du kan arbeta anpassas självklart efter ditt studieschema, vecka för vecka.

Du blir en del av Nordiska inkassoteamet och i din roll skall du vara administrativt stöd för vår Account Manager. I ditt arbete kommer du att ansvara för enklare administrativa uppgifter.  

Vem söker vi?

Du är student på universitet eller annan yrkesinriktad utbildning med fokus på ekonomi. Du behärskar Svenska som modersmål, och även koncernspråket Engelska, både i tal och skrift och känner dig bekväm med att skapa kontakt och föra en dialog med både kunder och interna kontakter på bägge språken. Du skall ha god vana av MS Office.

För att bli framgångsrik i rollen skall du vara självgående även om vi ingår i ett team där vi hjälper varandra. Arbetsuppgifterna är enkla och självständiga även fast du arbetar nära dina kollegor och därmed har stöd nära till hands.
För att kunna bevaka och hantera flera ärenden samtidigt behöver du vara strukturerad och kunna arbeta metodiskt. Det ställer även krav på att du snabbt kan analysera information för att bestämma nästa steg och att du har förmåga  att slutföra och dokumentera det arbete du påbörjat. Du som person präglas av förnuft, ansvarskänsla och noggrannhet. Vi ser gärna att du är nyfiken och utåtriktad med ett gott humör.

  • To assess the cost effectiveness of taking legal action and prepare suitable cases for transfer to the in house legal team or external parties
  • Respond to standard customer queries in a timely manner

Job description

As a Client Relations Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer and will be actively involved in the management of customer portfolios. You will be responsible for revenue generation, risk management and will act as a key customer interface for the Company.

In this position your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Manage and co- ordinate customer enquiries in a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of policy experience.

  • Develop and maintain a meaningful long term partnership with Atradius Credit Insurance Key Stakeholders within the local offices to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.

Job description

Within this dynamic, results driven and international learning environment we always look for Sales Managers to join the Atradius Collections Commercial Team in various locations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining of new and existing accounts.

In this position your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Assist with the identification of opportunities with existing Insured and key account customers. 
  • Support the Atradius Credit Insurance Commercial teams and their clients in the understanding of Atradius Collections service capabilities.

  • Support Broker Relationships and their clients in cooperation with Atradius Credit Insurance.
  • On an ad-hoc basis be required to present to and visit both Atradius Credit Insurance Customers as well as Intermediaries and Brokers
  • Communicate new product / service developments to key client base.
  • Be actively involved in prospecting network events.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
